David has been a licensed real estate agent since 1996 and possesses tremendous demography and geography knowledge about GTA real estate. With a focus on the leasing, purchasing, and selling of commercial investment properties, David has exceptional expertise and demonstrates the highest client care. 

As a result of his skill set, honesty, accountability, and diligence, David has helped hundreds of clients with the purchase of family homes as well as business and commercial property investments. 

As an office manager at the largest real estate brokerage within the Chinese-Canadian community, David is always willing to provide his experience and expertise to support the 1,500 agents at the HomeLife Landmark brokerage succeed in their residential, small business, commercial leasing, and purchase and sale real estate transactions. 

David is also one of the founding directors of the Canada-China Realty Professional Association (CCRPA) which is the largest professional association serving Toronto’s Chinese community and has a membership of over 5,000 real estate agents. David also serves as the Executive Vice President of the CCRPA and has been a fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada since 2019.
